Tumwater, Wash. - The Washington State Office of Independent Investigations (OII) is releasing the identity of the officer involved in a non-fatal use of deadly force incident that occurred on June 05, 2026, in Puyallup, Washington.
Officer Zion Gregory, age 29, was hired by the Puyallup Police Department in March 2025 and is currently assigned to patrol.
This incident remains under investigation. Anyone who may have information about it is asked to call the OII Tip Line at 564-263-0727. All information provided to OII is subject to public disclosure, as required by RCW 42.56, the Public Records Act.
