Tumwater, Wash. - The Washington State Office of Independent Investigations (OII) is releasing the identities of the deputies involved in a use of deadly force incident that occurred on April 28, 2026, in Olympia, Washington.
The three deputies are all with the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.
- Deputy Jordan Goss, age 33, has been with the department for 12 years. Currently, he is assigned as a Civil Service Deputy.
- Deputy Marlon Wakefield, age 30, has been with the department for seven years. He is currently assigned as a Patrol Deputy.
- Deputy Jacob Domeno, age 27, has been with the department for one year. He is currently assigned as a Patrol Deputy.
The Thurston County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as Todd Bass, age 44, of Lacey.
