The Washington State Office of Independent Investigations (OII) received notification at 11:31 pm on December 4, 2024, from the Vancouver Police Department that a deadly force incident occurred at 13719 SE Mill Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA.
OII will be investigating the incident. More information to follow.
